This hotel underwent renovation of their lobby, lounge and front desk in 2011 created a Southern California Beach chic atmosphere. The bay side resort-style property sits on 26-beautifully landscaped acres and is comprised of 4 guestroom buildings, offering a total of 403 rooms. The spacious, newly upgraded lobby area and "library" offers guests a 24-hour reception and a sunlight sitting area to enjoy a latte in the morning and a cocktail in the evenings. Guests will find a new full resort-store, called Vizcanos Trading Post, Sol Restaurant and Lobby Lounge, including a relaxing outdoor patio. Room service rounds up the offerings, and those arriving by car may use the hotel car park (for an additional fee). The hotel offers free transfers to Orange County airport, Balboa Island and to the Fashion Island shopping centre.
